Get Active Kids Vouchers

Up to $200 per child.


Get Actvie Kids Vouchers Logo Set
The Get Active Kids Voucher Program helps eligible families get their kids involved in organised sport and recreation activities by reimbursing the cost of membership and registration fees, uniforms and equipment.  Eligible families may be able to receive up to $200 per child.

Eligibility
To be eligible, kids need to be:
  • aged 0 to 18yo
  • a Victorian resident
  • named on a valid Commonwealth Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card
  • named on a valid Medicare Card at the time of application.

The program also provides a special consideration stream to support temporary or provisional visa holders, undocumented migrants and international students aged 0 - 18 years at the time of application.


How to Claim
1) Apply for a voucher code from the Vic Gov't.  Information about how to apply will be available from www.getactive.vic.gov.au/vouchers/apply-for-vouchers/
The Club's Activity Provider code is 2931292

2) When you pay your Glen Eira FC membership fee, provide your voucher code at the checkout to get a reduction of up to $200. 


How to get Reimbursed
If you already paid the your 2022 fees, then If you have already paid for your child’s registration fees or membership you can apply to be reimbursed for up to $200.   You can be reimbursed for expenses incurred between 1 January 2021 and 18 March 2022. Applications for reimbursement will open on 7 March and close 18 March 2022. After this date, you won’t be able to be reimbursed for your expenses.

Team Sports 4 All

Team Sports 4 All  Logo

Team Sports 4 All assists families who are going through financial and/or social hardship and identified as a family who would benefit from being involved in community team sport. Families are referred via community services organisations and schools. We pay for their registration fees and uniform costs but more importantly offer ongoing support via our volunteer sports mentors to encourage long term involvement in sport.

20% Sibling Discount

To assist families with more than 1 child playing for the club, a 20% discount is available for second and subsequent children from the same family (up to 18yo).

Excludes First Child, Senior Men, Senior Women and Boys NPL. 

Uniforms

The club membership fee doesn’t include a uniform. Players are required to buy their own jerseys, shorts and socks in the club colours.

Refund Policy

If you play less than half a season, you might be eligible for a refund.   See the Refund Policy

No Pay, No Play

Before they are eligible to take the field, all players must be fully paid up or be on an approved payment plan.  No pay, no play will be actively enforced from season 2022.

Fee Relief

Glen Eira FC offers reduced membership fees to families experiencing financial hardship who otherwise could not afford for their children to participate 

Send a short email to President@GlenEiraFC.com.au explaining your situation and that you would like to be considered for Membership Fee Relief. The level of reduction for financial hardship requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to receiving adequate information to demonstrate genuine financial hardship. Please include relevant information concerning your current circumstances so that we are able to make a proper assessment of your application.

PRIVACY NOTE Information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence and seen only by the President, Treasurer and General Manager in order to determine an appropriate amount of fee relief to offer.


How to Claim

To claim your Fee Relief once it has been approved.

  • Find your Offer email and click Accept
  • Register the player for Season 2022

    — Load the parent/guardian details first.

    — Then click Add Player or Register Player

  • Don't pay. Get right up to the Checkout page but don't enter your card number.  If you click on the page, at the bottom part it should show the Full Season Fee as an Amount Payable / Amount Owing. 
  • Ask the Club to apply the approved Fee Relief for <Player Name>.   email info@GlenEiraFC.com.au or text 0419322122.

Eligibility will be checked and the approved amount will be applied to your account as a credit. This credit will reduce the Amount Payable by the amount of your Fee Relief.  A updated statement of your account will then be sent via email. That statement will have a button to pay the reduced amount, after which you will be fully paid-up for Season 2022.
